1. The patented emporia smartcover provides all-round protection for the smartphone and allows you to use key functions even when it is closed.

2. The phone is fitted with bumper at the corners. This rubberised edge protection safeguards the phone even when you wish to use it without the smartcover.

3. emporia display warranty: Within the first twelve months of purchase, emporia will replace a broken display free of charge.

The 6.36-inch mobile comes with a high-performance OLED touchscreen and the latest Android 16 version. Bluetooth 5.4 ensures the best possible connection to over-ear headsets, speakers or the hands-free kit in your car. In addition, the ASHA protocol allows audio content to be streamed directly from the smartphone to a hearing aid in high quality.

Info Centre: All notifications in one place

The SMART.8 comes with the easy-to-use emporia interface as standard. The info centre brings all notifications together clearly in one place. The ‘emporiaCOACH’ helps you quickly get to grips with your new smartphone, and the patented panic button ensures rapid assistance should the need arise.

Conveniently charge your mobile in the car without any cables

The new 5G mobile also features wireless charging – the easiest way to conveniently charge your smartphone in the car. And if you’re reluctant to let your photos, videos and files disappear into an American cloud, you can also store your data securely on a 512-gigabyte SD card.

Gut durchdacht

Durchdachtes System, langer Support, Akku tauschbar. Die Tastatur sollte noch verbessert werden. Hier wird dem Platz zu viel geopfert, eine Diktierfunktion wie bei Gboard und einfacherer Zugriff auf Umlaute wäre für die Zielgruppe besser. Nicht ganz klar ist auch, wie Benachrichtigungen funktionieren. Manche Apps zeigen keine an?

Hallo liebes Team von Emporia,
ich bin mit der Qualität super zufrieden - einfach in der Bedienung und alles funktioniert einwandfrei.
Trotzdem gibt es einen kleinen Mangel:
Laut der Produktinformation arbeitet das Smartphone im 5G-Netz - es wird aber das 4G-Netz angezeigt; wechselt man auf die Android-Oberfläche sind es 5G!

- Vorzüglich gute Hotline, über die in kurzer Zeit zielgerichtete Antworten kommen, nie das Gefühl, im Regen stehen gelassen zu werden.
- Das Gerät selbst ist sehr gut und durchdacht, ist wie das alte S3mini bestens für Datenmuffel geeignet. Wertvoll auch das gedruckte Handbuch.
- Problem beim Übertragen der Daten von S3. Abbruch weil WLAN angeblich zu langsam. Vorschlag: Möglichkeit mit Kabel vorsehen.
