Eveline Pupeter, owner and CEO of emporia, intends to sell 100% of the shares in the emporia Group to Xplora Technologies AS, based in Oslo (Norway). The final contractual details are currently being finalised, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.

After around 20 years as CEO and ten years as sole owner, Eveline Pupeter felt it was time to initiate an orderly transition to secure emporia’s future. With Xplora, emporia gains a strong, internationally active owner, ensuring the future of emporia. Xplora is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and is particularly well-known for its smartwatches for children.
