Inductive charging

The emporiaSMART.8 is equipped with an integrated charging coil. This enables inductive charging. Electrical energy is transferred via a magnetic field between an inductive charging station and the smartphone – without the need for a charging cable.

• You will need an inductive charging station that is connected to the mains.

• Place the smartphone in the centre of the station's charging surface.

• Once the smartphone is correctly positioned, charging will start automatically. A charging indicator will appear on the display.

• Remove the smartphone from the charging surface once it is fully charged.

 

[i> There must be no metal objects such as coins or credit cards between the smartphone and the charging station, as these can interfere with charging or cause damage.

 

[i> Inductive charging may take slightly longer than charging with a cable. Only use chargers that comply with the Qi standard to ensure safe and efficient charging.
