Lieferung in Ordnung - Probleme mit der Postrücksendung

Lieferung in Ordnung.
Kontaktaufnahme mit Kundenservice, da die Hülle nicht gepasst hat.
Sehr freundlicher Kundenservice mit den Hinweis, die Hülle wieder zurückzuschicken.
Leider erfolgte bei der Post die Frankierung für Deutschland (statt Österreich), so dass das Päckchen Ende der vergangenen Woch wieder zurückkam.
Nun ist die Frist für ein erneutes Zurücksenden abgelaufen.
