At emporiamobile.com, we ensure that your orders are delivered to you quickly and reliably. Our delivery partner, GLS, guarantees the prompt and secure delivery of your goods.
Delivery charges
- Order value under €50.00: For orders with a total value of less than €50.00, we charge a delivery fee of €5.00.
- Order value of €50.00 or more: Orders with a total value of €50.00 or more are delivered free of charge.
Delivery provider
We work with GLS, one of Europe’s leading parcel delivery services. GLS offers reliable and fast deliveries directly to your home or to an alternative delivery address of your choice.
Parcel tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will notify you again by email. This dispatch confirmation contains a tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery online at any time. This way, you’ll always know exactly when your order will arrive.
Delivery times
Delivery takes approximately 2–4 working days. In exceptional cases, there may be delays, in which case we will, of course, inform you.
