On this page, we present  Free, detailed repair instructions are available for selected emporia devices – so you can use your mobile phone for longer and avoid unnecessary electronic waste.

In accordance with EU directives, the following standard repairs or spare parts orders are available for end customers: battery replacement, back cover, SIM tray, smart cover and charging cradle

For more complex interventions, we recommend going to an authorized specialist workshop.
