Alla Emporia-modeller är utrustade med en nödsamtalknapp. Denna sitter på baksidan och smälter diskret in i den övergripande designen. Om du inte vill använda nödsamtalfunktionen kan du avaktivera den.
Knappljuden är förinställda. Du kan dock ändra ton och volym när som helst efter dina önskemål. För att göra detta, gå till INSTÄLLNINGAR i menyn. Under "Ljud och signaler" hittar du inställningarna för knappljud. Välj önskad knappljud eller stäng av ljuden.
Telefonnummer och namn kan lagras antingen i telefonens minne eller på SIM-kortet. Om kontakterna är lagrade i telefonens minne måste de kopieras till SIM-kortet när du byter telefon. När SIM-kortet sätts i den nya telefonen kan kontakterna överföras till telefonboksminnet. Om du byter SIM-kort (på grund av en tariff eller ett byte av leverantör) måste alla kontakter överföras till telefonboksminnet. Vi rekommenderar att du har en separat kontaktlista (telefonlogg) för att säkerställa att du har tillgång till dina kontakter även om du tappar bort telefonen.
Laddar inte din smartphone längre? Om du har tur kan detta åtgärdas utan reparation. Ta bort smuts: En vanlig orsak till problem med batteriladdning är damm och annat skräp som samlas i laddningsporten. "Inga problem. Jag tar bara en tandpetare och..." – Vänta lite! Att rota runt i porten med vassa föremål bör bara vara en sista utväg. Det är skonsammare att helt enkelt blåsa in i porten. Eller, om det inte räcker, använd försiktigt tryckluft. Du kan också prova en liten, mjuk borste. Laddningskabel: Ligger problemet verkligen i laddningsporten? För att vara säker, prova en annan USB-kabel eller byt ut nätadaptern. Vi rekommenderar att du alltid använder originaltillbehör från Emporia. Laddningsvagga: En lämplig laddningsvagga finns tillgänglig för de flesta Emporia-enheter. Detta ger också extra bekvämlighet. Vår webbutik eller hotline kan hjälpa dig med detta.
Kontrollera dina inställningar: På en smartphone kan bakgrundsfunktioner tömma batteriet. Ta en titt på din smartphones snabbinställningar: GPS, Bluetooth, NFC... vilka av dessa använder du egentligen, och vilka kan avaktiveras? Hur är telefonens signalstyrka där du befinner dig? Om telefonen ständigt söker efter eller byter nätverk förbrukar den konstant ström. Kontrollera även vilka appar som är öppna och stäng dem då och då. Det är också en bra idé att starta om enheten då och då. Byt batteri: På de flesta smartphones är det möjligt att byta ut ett slitet batteri mot ett nytt. Ta bort batterilocket och ta ut batteriet. (För emporia E6 och emporiaSMART.5 kan detta göras av en fackhandel.) Defekta batterier är vanligtvis något svullna och bör inte längre användas. Nej, användning av Emporia-appen medför inga extra kostnader utöver vanliga internetavgifter. Själva appen är gratis och medför inga ytterligare avgifter.
